I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the space and the overall feeling when you enter.
I have used many of the services, including Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Raindrop Therapy, Massage and a Classes. I have also used the counseling services for years while dealing with an elderly, parent with Dementia/Alzheimer’s who lived with me for over 20 years and through her decline and passing. This service kept me whole and gave me the tools to process my situation, continue to care give and live fully while under extreme stress and while dealing with depression. The entire staff is filled with love and genuine care and concern for everyone who walks through the door. It is definitely my happy place! I know they are there when I need them and I am so grateful we have this incredible resource right here in the heart of Geauga. They are a BLESSING!!!!!!

Through your words, I was able to ground myself and focus on positive energy instead of my worries. That day I set an intention and was able to make it a better day. Through recent events in my life, I had let go of my positive thought, but you have reminded me that sometimes all we need is to focus on our breath.
