“I just wanted to take the time to thank you for coming in to our class last Thursday. Your presentation was absolutely phenomenal, and by far the best presentation we’ve had this year. After our class was over, I truly felt relaxed and in touch with myself. You did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable, but still made the class educational and worthwhile. I now know how to get in touch with myself in times of trial, and focus on whats Important, which is breathing. I really like how your presentation focused on the positive side of mental health, instead of the negative. The oil defuser was the perfect touch for making the classroom a more relaxing environment, as well as allowing us to sit on the floor and color in the coloring book. I really took a lot away from meeting you, and again, just want to say thank you for your time.”
